Pre-qualification, parameter pairing, capital placement
Pre-Qualification
We pre-qualify your project on the intake call to understand what you are looking for and decide if we are the right fit. If so, we create an OM immediately to help expedite the financing process.
Parameter Pairing
Once your project has gone through our intake process, we define 12 key deal parameters that dictate what types of groups we should speak to. This dually quantitative and qualitative approach helps us filter through those who may not be a good fit.
Capital Placement
Once we receive terms, you decide if you'd like to move forward. If so, the project proceeds through either standard or expedited underwriting and due diligence depending on the project's needs. We work with you as needed from terms to closing.
